Spritvest Sdn Bhd was founded in 1995, a home-grown technology company specialised in design, development and implementation of its proprietary Enterprise Data Capture (EDC) solutions. These include proven and award-winning applications designed for automated data identification and collection as well as a range of mobile wireless computing solutions catered for businesses from across various sectors.

In 2008, we became a subsidiary of Grand-Flo Solution Berhad and converted the company name to Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd. With over 10 years of industry experience, we still strive to provide excellent solutions that allow customisation of bar codes, RFID and smart cards systems, tailored to the unique needs of any business environment.

Grand-Flo Electronic System Sdn Bhd

Grand-Flo Electronic System Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1996 as a subsidiary of Grand-Flo Corporation Sdn Bhd to develop Automated Identification (Auto ID) System Solution. Grand-Flo Electronic System started as a value-added distributor of bar code equipments and customised in-house integration solution.

Recognising that there was significant untapped potential for automation of business processes of various industries in Malaysia and after acquiring in depth domain knowledge and technical know-how in the field of Auto ID, the business operations were expanded to provide Total Auto ID solutions in bar coding that encompassed bar code design and printing, business software solutions that integrate with the customers’ ERP systems such as SAP, Baan, JD Edward, Oracle and Solomon using middleware to provide critical information for management purpose. We are principally involved in the provision of integrated Enterprise Data Collection and Collation System (EDCCS) solutions using bar code and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies.

In line with our expansion plans, we have in July, 2006, converted our company to public limited status and changed our company's name to "Simat Technologies Public Company Limited". To date, we are backed by almost 200 employees and have strong support structure across many cities, towns and provinces in Thailand. It is our aim to expand cross borders to other neighbour countries and expand our product offerings to include full range of information technology support structure.
