The year anticipated annual Sales Conference was once again successfully organized and held in Royale Bintang, Kuala Lumpur from March 16-18, 2007. The enlarging team from both Malaysia and Thailand once again gathered together to share the excitement. This time, the theme of the year was “Getting Our Act Together for the Future”. The objective was to bring together all the teams to reflect on past success and developing activities as a group and individuality, and from there, mapped the Group's future and conveyed the direction simultaneously.

Not only knowlegde and work experiences were shared during the whole programme, but the team shared along their dreams, vision, mission, strategies and action plans that in line with the Corporate Vision and Mission.

Adding in the fun was a well prepared and effective course entitled "Rising Up to Our Challenges" by Dato' Lawrence Chan Kum Peng that left most of team members thinked and acted "out-of-the-box" during the following brainstorming session. A separate in-house session was organized for the benefit of those who did not make it to the conference.

The Group will continue to organise these activities on an annual basis to ensure that every employee play their effective roles and working as a group towards a common goal.
